The customer now offers a diverse range of cash and cheque handling machines, along with sophisticated software to facilitate financial transactions. With offices and manufacturing facilities in major countries worldwide, they have established a truly global presence.
The final application & solution
We have built a reputation for delivering gearmotors that offer reliability and strength, all within a compact design. Within this project, we worked with the client to provide a number of gearmotors that were ideally suited to the application.
Dispensing cash can be thought of as a type of vending, although it is actually much more complex due to the additional security requirements. To make it as inaccessible as possible, cash is stored at the core of the machine in a tightly-packed stack called a cassette. Notes must be individually slipped off the top of one or more of these cassettes and stacked in a pile to be presented to the user.
