The final application & solution
Utilising the SB2513 Stepping motor with a specially designed bracket and pinion in the customer's top-end surgical light. This particular variant of the SB2513 is the most carefully engineered product made in our motors cell, designed to work with 100% reliability at the high temperatures caused by the heat of the light and its own high-power density.
Several of these motors are used to move the various LED-lined segments of the light and thus manage the levels of light and shadow on the surface below. Aiding a range of medical procedures from simple assessment to full surgery.
