We have built a reputation for delivering motors that offer reliability and strength, all within a compact design. Within this project, we were able to work with the client to deliver a gearmotor that was perfectly suited to the application.
When looking for a gearmotor for their security card printers, our client reached out to find a solution that would be compact enough to fit within their design. The gearmotor was needed to push the ID cards through a laminator; however, the gearmotor that our client had previously chosen for their prototype card printer was breaking under stress.
We were able to work with our client to produce them a motor that would be compact enough to fit within their design, while also providing enough strength to reliably feed cards through a laminator. Our Type 222 gearboxes were also perfect in terms of fitting within their budget.
